Therapy · Minneapolis, MN

Mental health care that makes room for your story.

Individual therapy with clinicians who understand culture, family and language as part of care — in person in Minneapolis or by telehealth anywhere in Minnesota.

How it works

What therapy looks like here

Therapy at Lifespan is one-to-one talk therapy with a licensed psychiatric clinician. Sessions are trauma-informed and culturally responsive, and are offered in Somali or English.

People come to us for depression and mood, anxiety and panic, trauma, ADHD and focus, life transitions, and the stress that comes with them. If medication may help, that conversation can happen with the same practice rather than somewhere else.

Therapy is available in person in Minneapolis and by telehealth throughout Minnesota. Which options a specific clinician offers is confirmed when you book.

Payment & insurance

We work with a range of commercial and state plans, and offer self-pay. Coverage depends on your plan and the clinician you see, so please confirm before your first visit — we can't guarantee coverage on your behalf.
